We're seeking a talented Inside Sales Representatives for High Temperature. In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity develop the business and build customer relationships across the USA & Canada. You will help our customers be their very best, working jointly towards better solutions. Your role 
 
As an Inside Sales Representative at Alleima, you'll be a part of an international company with ambitious plans. You'll have the chance to make a real impact in advancing industries through materials technology. Collaboration with customers and coworkers is a natural part of this role, allowing you to engage with many parts of the business. Role Description 

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, partners, and prospects.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including analyzing RFQs, preparing offers, conducting contract reviews, processing orders, monitoring delivery schedules, expediting paperwork, and resolving customer complaints.
  • Participate actively in daily business processes, collaborating with the sales team to make key decisions on offers, projects, and commercial agreements.
  • Develop and execute customer account plans, identifying business drivers, stakeholders, and key activities.
  • Engage directly with customers to close deals while gathering valuable market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Alleima production units and other departments to ensure offers and orders meet internal requirements and exceed customer expectations.
  • Occasionally travel for client meetings and presentations.

You are a driven professional who thrives in agile business environments. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, you consistently aim to exceed expectations. With an analytical mindset, strong multitasking abilities, and a solutions-oriented approach, you excel at fostering loyal customer relationships.

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Proven background in sales, sales administration, or customer service, ideally in B2B or industrial sales.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize based on business needs.
  • Proficiency in understanding customer needs and creating compelling value propositions.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results on time.
  • Strong communication skills across various platforms (in-person, virtual meetings, phone, email).
  • Familiarity with business tools and systems, such as ERP, CRM, and complaint management platforms.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
