JOB DESCRIPTION
• Maintain ongoing plan to prioritize portfolio of accounts and maintain relationships throughout the year• Communicate with customers to promote and sell specialty Building Envelope Advisory Services; travel may be required.• Use technical credibility to build relationships with buyers and centers of influence and support account owner
relationships• Communicate value proposition of Building Envelope Advisory services to clients based on industry knowledge• Support sales for Building Envelope Advisory Services in collaboration and at the direction of account owners• Action on opportunities to sell Building Envelope advisory services into highest potential accounts in their assigned portfolio• Support discovery and opportunity identification• Work under guidance with account managers to seamlessly work with customers throughout the sales cycle• Serve as primary point of contact for Building Envelope advisory services, responsible for articulating value proposition• Brings in additional technical resources (e.g., engineers) when needed to support sales opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree or equivalent working experience.
- 3+ years of experience selling services
- Deep knowledge and experience with Building Envelope industry
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Business acumen and deep understanding of business sales processes.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software.
