Job Scope:
You will be part of the Global Inside Sales team who are dedicated to handling Pumps, Hydrocyclones, and Valve proposals. By joining this team, you can work in a multinational organization and in an environment involving different cultures and challenges.
Your responsibilities:

Review of blueprints, flowsheets, and other customer requirements to develop and prepare cost estimates or projected increases in production from the client's use of proposed equipment or services and specifications

Preparation and generation of proposed changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services which would result in cost reduction or improvement in operations

Proactively developing equipment recommendations and proposals

Reviewing all customer specification requirements for proposals

Developing good working relations with Sales to maximize sales opportunities

Maintaining an expert level of product knowledge and application

Interact with engineering to provide cost estimates for complete units to the Regional Salespeople

Coordinate with our internal contract specialist with commercial terms and conditions as needed

Aid Regional Sales people with equipment selection forms and kickoff forms as needed

Support customer service with customer needs that require technical assistance and scheduling of unit orders

Ability to travel domestically which shall be limited to 1-3 trips per year of 3-5 day duration
What you bring:

Bachelor's in mechanical engineering or chemical engineering at a reputed university.

Experience in Proposal Engineering handling Pumps, hydrocyclones, and Valves.

Proposal management support within sales as a back-office function
-
Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer-defined timeframes.

Supports with the administration of deliveries.

Coordinates review and edit proposal input.

May have engineering expertise.

May deliver cost estimates of products.

May estimate current material costs.
