Inside Sales Engineer (M/F/T)

To support our regional customers, we are looking for an additional committed Inside Sales Engineer (M/F/T) at the Wiener Neudorf location as soon as possible.

In this challenging position, you will be responsible for supporting and expanding a customer base assigned to you from the internal sales department. You will work closely with the regional sales engineers, the quotation department and contract manufacturing. You will also use our international network to optimally implement customer needs. In summary, you take responsibility for the needs of our customers.

Your tasks:

• Support of selected customers of the Enduser CPI/GI Austria Sales Team from the internal sales department

• Responsible sales of pumps, mechanical seals, service & solutions in the assigned area

• Proactive measures such as customer acquisition, inquiries and offer tracking, organization of required customer support, participation and initiation of marketing activities

• Contract negotiations with a view to closing

Your profile:

• Successfully completed technical college training or technical degree (e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical engineering) or comparable

• Initial professional experience in the field of capital goods requiring explanation is an advantage

• Targeted and independent way of working, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset

• High level of contact and teamwork skills

• You communicate convincingly and empathetically on the telephone

• High level of initiative and resilience

• IT skills (Word / Excel / Powerpoint)

• Good written and spoken German and English skills

• Willingness to travel occasionally

Required information pursuant to section 9 of the Austrian Treatment Act (GleichbehandlungsG): Minimum yearly gross remuneration as per collective agreement from € 39.298,00 p.a. upwards – overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
