The ITW GSE Division is an industry leading manufacturer of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) to the aviation industry.
Core customers are Airports and Airlines in all countries around the World.
Core products are Power Supply Units for aircraft parked on the ground.

Job Description
Utilize the ITW Toolbox principles by providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities are as follows:
- Receive and prepare quotations as requested by Area Sales Managers.
- In cooperation with Accounting and Inside Sales Manager, manage/review customer accounts: terms, limit, discounts.
- Coordinate customer credit card orders per established procedures with accounting
- For equipment orders, coordinate with Operations Manager to determine production schedule and order lead times.
- Enter sales orders into business units’ ERP system, currently Macola ES.
- Maintain internal sales ship reports and production ship schedule, as required.
- Maintain unit serial number logs (equipment sales).
- Invoice drop-shipment orders, as needed.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy sales order folders, as required.
- Communicate delivery schedules, changes, etc., with outside Sales Managers
- Communicate order updates/status to customers as required.
- Maintain structural changes to the Sales Pipeline database and provide guidance to the Sales Director and Area Sales Managers on creating updates and releasing reports.
- Prepare or assist with various sales reports, as directed by the Inside Sales Manager or Sales Director and as needed for bi-annual sales meetings, and annual and long-range planning.
- Assist with new product launches, through information communication to Sales Managers, Distributors, and customers, as needed.
- This position might require occasional business travel.
Qualifications
- Professional Experience – Minimum two years’ experience inside sales/customer service
- Functional Experience – High level of customer orientation excellent customer service skills. Ability to deliver high levels of service in a high-pressure environment. Office 365 program experience preferred.
- Industry Experience – Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
- Language – Fluent in English; Spanish or other language skills a plus
- Education – Associate's degree preferred.
- Travel- Occasional
