Inside Sales Coodinator
The Inside Sales Coodinator role is responsible for end-to-end management and optimization of the sales funnel and sales opportunities, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation, closure, forecasting, and portfolio management. The role works closely with sales, marketing, product, logistics, customer service, and other stakeholders to align commercial strategies with business objectives, ensure pipeline health, improve market penetration and customer engagement, and deliver sales targets. It combines hands-on opportunity management with coaching, strategic planning, data analysis, LEAN-based continuous improvement, process governance, and effective use of sales tools such as Salesforce. The role also identifies and develops process improvements using automation and artificial intelligence to increase productivity, quality, scalability, and decision-making across Inside Sales activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversees and manages the Inside Sales funnel and sales opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle in Salesforce.com, ensuring accurate records, pipeline health, forecasting quality, and achievement of sales goals and quota expectations.
- Qualifies sales leads through phone, email, marketing campaigns, and other channels; nurtures promising leads, routes them to the appropriate sales team members when needed, and develops strategies to continuously build and strengthen the sales pipeline.
- Develops and implements comprehensive Inside Sales strategies tailored to the territory or business needs, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities, prioritize leads based on strategic value and likelihood of success, and optimize customer engagement.
- Strategizes and collaborates with marketing teams, market field marketing managers, product managers, and other stakeholders to optimize campaigns, promotional efforts, lead generation outcomes, market penetration, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Aligns sales strategies and activities with company objectives, contributing to sustainable revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term business development across markets and regions.
- Conducts complex pricing, contract, and commercial-term negotiations with customers, seeking win-win outcomes and supporting the closure of complex deals.
- Analyzes Inside Sales data, KPIs, performance metrics, funnel conversion, and customer insights to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities, supporting better commercial decisions and maximizing results.
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives by applying LEAN principles, streamlining workflows, defining and implementing strategic policies, and improving lead management, campaign management, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Ensures efficient use and continuous optimization of sales tools and CRM platforms, including Salesforce, maintaining data quality, compliance with reporting requirements, and effective sales enablement processes.
- Coaches and develops team members through targeted feedback, one-on-one sessions, skill-development workshops, performance reviews, and guidance on effective sales strategies, product knowledge, process discipline, and tool adoption.
- Fosters strong, long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement via internet, telephone, and email, supporting retention and loyalty while identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
- Manages a customer or opportunity portfolio by setting clear objectives for calls and interactions, maintaining and expanding the customer database, and using effective questioning and continuous engagement with prospects and customers.
- Collaborates with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, customer service, finance, and sales to ensure a seamless customer journey and effective execution of commercial and administrative processes.
- Ensures timely completion of administrative duties, including system notes, customer service follow-up, collections, and credit/debit requests, maintaining operational efficiency and service quality.
- Establishes and/or supports adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, performance requirements, and relevant industry regulations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and impact with care.
- Resolves moderately complex to complex business requests creatively, applying sound judgment to select methods, techniques, and solutions appropriate to the situation.

- Previous experience as Inside Sales Manager/Coordinator
- Bachelor’s OR Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency
