Customers connect with us when they’re moving and need help setting up electricity, internet, TV, and home services. Your job is to guide them through their options, handle questions and objections, and close the sale.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Inbound and outbound calls with customers who are setting up home services
  • Build quick rapport and understand their move timeline
  • Walk them through electricity, internet, TV, and security options
  • Handle questions and objections while guiding them toward the best solution
  • Recommend additional services when they genuinely improve the customer’s setup
  • Close the sale and earn commission on every completed order
  • Follow up with interested customers and keep your pipeline moving

Requirements
  • 1–2+ years of sales experience
  • Experience working toward goals or quotas preferred
  • Comfortable handling objections and closing sales
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Ability to manage follow-up and pipeline activity

  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems)

We inform the user of their options and the best deals on internet, water, gas, cable tv, electricity and home security and then the user chooses which providers best fit their needs. Once the user chooses their provider we then make the connection for them so they don't have to. The whole process takes the user only about 5 minutes. We are committed to customer satisfaction and bridging the information gap surrounding the complexity of service provider pricing and contracts.
