Quality Tank Solutions is seeking a detailed orientated full-time Inside Sales Administrative Assistant to support our growing sales team. In this role, you will keep daily operations running smoothly, help maintain sales orders, and bring a proactive, high-standard work ethic to our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support to Sales/Estimating Team
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Scan and file documents
- Enter and process sales orders
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate staff
- Welcome visitors, vendors and guests
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of various computer software programs (i.e. Microsoft, Office Word, and Excel)
- Self-starter, results orientated
- Strong organizational time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous administrative, customer service, or sales support experience is preferred but not required
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of common business software applications
