Supports the inside sales and estimating teams through data entry, document scanning and filing, sales order processing, call handling, and greeting visitors, vendors, and guests. The role requires strong organization, computer proficiency, flexibility, initiative, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Creates and revises 2D and 3D manufacturing designs for custom equipment, including assembly drawings, detailed drawings, flat layouts for waterjet cutting, routing sheets, technical information sheets, and bills of materials. The role requires understanding customer goals, coordinating necessary materials and information, and working independently and collaboratively within a manufacturing environment.

Provides part-time onsite HR administrative and operational support, including employee communications, distributing notices, new-hire paperwork, routine policy and benefits questions, and routing complex issues to the HR Manager. Assists with company events and serves as a contact for employees, supervisors, management, and the recruitment team. Requires organization, discretion, communication skills, computer proficiency, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
