We’re a global technology and services leader that powers the brands of the future. In this role, you’ll support one of our key partners, driving growth through strong reseller relationships and high-impact sales strategies. 

As an Inside Partner Sales Representative in Barcelona, you will play a key role in developing partner networks, generating opportunities, and driving revenue across the SMB segment.

What you will do in this role 

- Build and manage strong relationships with resellers and partners, acting as a subject matter expert and expanding the partner network within your assigned territory.  
- Qualify and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities, working closely with partners to drive deals through to closure.  
- Manage the full sales cycle, including pricing support, solution positioning, negotiations, and deal closing.  
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, supporting account planning and ensuring accurate reporting and funnel management.  
- Promote and enable the use of sales tools and product knowledge among partners, ensuring alignment with programs and processes.  
- Drive partner engagement through proactive outreach, trainings, and events, while ensuring a strong post-sales experience.  

Your qualifications 

- Proficient or bilingual in English

- Experience in sales, account management, or partner sales, preferably in a B2B or tech environment.  
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.  
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.  
- Customer-focused mindset with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.  
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain pipeline accuracy, and work towards targets and KPIs.  
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with CRM or sales platforms is a plus.
