Inside Operations Manager

The Inside Operations Manager at Lytegen will oversee all internal and back-office operations to ensure seamless coordination and efficiency across departments. This role is central to managing workflows, supporting cross-team communication, and ensuring that all operational resources are aligned for successful project execution.

You’ll work closely with leadership and internal teams to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive operational excellence within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in operations or backend process management.
• Must have prior experience in backend operations (preferably handling data workflows, reporting, or cross-department coordination).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
• Experience in developing and managing SOPs, KPIs, and process optimization initiatives.

• Oversee and manage daily internal operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
• Coordinate with various departments to enable efficient communication and workflow execution.
• Monitor operational processes and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports, tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
• Develop and implement SOPs to standardize workflows across teams.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to strengthen operational performance.
• Assist in project planning and resource allocation for ongoing initiatives.
