As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our Channel Sales department is hiring a Global Partner Programs Manager for our channel partner business. Whether our clients need fast product enhancements, onsite engineering support, or rapid deployment across continents, we deliver. We accelerate digital transformation by providing exceptional network visibility, threat detection and operational insight for OT and IoT environments.

The best candidate will have demonstrated experience managing and developing relationships with partners to drive sales of Nozomi Networks’ products and services. In this role, you will:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the partner program, ensuring seamless partner onboarding, engagement, and support.
  • Continuously assess and refine the program structure, benefits, and incentives to maximize partner performance and satisfaction.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner goals with company objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop content, tools, and resources to enhance the partner journey and improve program effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing training, enablement, and communication to partners to ensure they are equipped for success.
  • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners to drive collaboration and mutual success.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the outsourced sales, marketing, and customer success teams, ensuring they are aligned with the company's GTM strategy and goals.
  • Track and analyze team performance against key KPIs, ensuring the outsourced team meets sales targets and other key business objectives.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align the Latin America GTM strategy with broader company goals, adapting tactics to meet the unique needs of the region.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration, efficient processes, and effective communication.
  • Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities within the outsourced operations to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Ensure the GTM team is fully equipped with the necessary training, tools, and resources to succeed in the market.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and proactive issue resolution.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

  • 5+yrs of experience in overseeing partner programs 
  • Can demonstrate strong tracking, analyzing, and reporting skills on partner performance metrics
  • Experience providing ongoing training, enablement, and communication to partners 
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred. 
  • Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.  
  • SFDC, Impartner, Clari or equivalent systems experience
  • Proven sales experience in technology software or information security
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through channel partners.
  • Experience in a start-up technology company preferred
  • High Performer who goes above & beyond
  • Ability to work effectively as a remote employee
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with partners, colleagues, and customers daily
  • Willingness to travel (30%)
  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or equivalent experience

Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $88K to $134K. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors. Additional Compensation and Benefits: The company also offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance for eligible employees.  The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the company’s equity program and/or variable bonus program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

In addition, eligible employees are able to enroll in a 401(k) plan along with the employer matching program. Nozomi Networks also offers eligible employees flexible paid time off, paid holidays and paid parental leave.
