The Inside Business Lead Specialist generates leads, advances sales processes, conducts research, and achieves sales quotas through communication with prospects.

The Inside Business Lead Specialist is responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. The Business Lead Specialist will conduct research, identify leads, and reach business targets through telephone, email, and video conferencing. This individual will also actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead.
•
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
•
Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
•
Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate leads from within client base.
•
Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine strategic sales approaches.
•
Deliver results consistently by hitting KPI's and Standard Performance Goals that are identified for success.
•
Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate stages with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
•
Set up and deliver sales presentations, and other sales actions to set appointments daily.
•
Support client visits, events or trainings
•
Make outbound calls to clients via telephone and email.
•
Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into appointments.
•
Overcome objections of prospective customers.
•
Attend daily meeting.
•
Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.

Business Lead Specialist II Job Functions
•
Same functions as Business Lead Specialist I.
•
Handle all inbound, unsolicited prospect calls made by self and convert into Sales.
•
Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss terms, and close sales

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
University or college degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
•
One year or more of direct work experience in a sales or Telesales environment.

Must have served in a Business Lead Specialist I capacity and graduated per the Sales Manager for a minimum of 30 business days.

Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.

Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
•
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
