What You'll Do:The inside Account Executive, Recurring Revenue creates, manages and drives services and software-led growth, partnering with the portfolio inside Account Executive. This role helps accelerate the EA motion, leveraging tool expertise to simplify complex licensing, drive recurring revenue, and cross-sell/upsell into Secure Networking.
- Partner closely with Portfolio iAEs and Leaders who manage the individual opportunities with Customers and Partners
- Serves as the regional subject matter expert on Cisco Enterprise Agreements, EAMP, and EA Licensing
- Serves as the regional subject matter expert on Services ensuring attach at all levels
- Integrate security software directly into core networking opportunities
- Conduct white-space analysis within customers’ existing install-base to identify software opportunities
- Own responsibility of forecast and adherence to sales operational best practices
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Cisco’s full product portfolio to deliver the “One Cisco Story”
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, competitive insights to inform strategy and execution
- Daily utilize Cisco’s Tech Stack, Agentic AI, and Sales Plays to scale and optimize customer engagement
- Fulfill a hybrid role with occasional travel for critical customer and partner engagements

- You have 3+ years’ B2B selling experience in software and services.
