Description:
This position is responsible for providing administrative and customer service support to group policyholders (employers), sales, brokers and vendors on policies that have 100 to 15k employees. The focus for this role is for the servicing of key tasks such as billing, enrollment, claims and ongoing service support.
Desired Skills/Interests:
- Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel). Excellent interpersonal skills, communications skills and leadership qualities.
- Motivated team player with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead and influence. High school diploma.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program with an accredited college or university
This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, based out of our Tampa, FL location.
