Job Description
•Lead a team of AC- Area Sales Managers & deliver key business KPI.
•Define a strategy for the zone to drive/deliver growth of increase contribution from Accessories & adjacent business.
•Implementation of TT GTM Strategy in Region- eg identifying & appointing exclusive dealers/distributers for AC
•Build effective lead management practices- in the team, to maxmise sales conversion
•Drive execution effectiveness- eg- leverage and drive relevant new product launches, non-Bonded share, millionaire dealer etc
•Collaborate with KUM & Regional Heads to ensure common goals are supported & driven effectively
•Actively work with MKR to provide feedback on new product development process.
•Keep track of competition activities & trends
•Leverage digital & analytics tool for business effectiveness.
•Structured reviews – with sharp focus on key business drivers
•Team management-
•develop team competency to drive high performance culture.
•Work with the team & provide constructive feedback to the team members on an ongoing basis.
•Manpower hiring – identifying talent and nurturing
Qualifications
Engineer + MBA
