Job Description
This role is responsible for guiding and supervising the management and administration of contract labor, ensuring full compliance with all relevant legal requirements and regulations applicable to the plant.
Area of Responsibilities | Key Activities
Employee Relations And Industrial Relations
Ensuring & maintain positive relationships between management and employees by executing Payout of LTS, welfare activities, employee engagement
Contract Labour Administration
Ensure adherence to the contract labor management policy. Facilitate audits and coordinate with service providers and auditors. Assess risks related to contract labor deployment and propose improvements
Deployment of contract labour in line with policy Statutory compliance and Software work flow.
Discipline, Legal And Statutory Compliance
Manage statutory compliance within the plant and ensure adherence to labor laws Advise stakeholders on legislative changes and ensure alignment with updated legal requirements.
Statutory compliance - All applicable statute to Factory Education and PF ESIC
Liaison with Government Authorities / external agencies of PF ESIC
Build and maintain relationships with key statutory authorities Ensure effective implementation of compliance standards for all applicable statutes. Networking Implementation of compliance standards through Software and data management.
Qualifications
MSW/ MBA in HR - 5-7 years of experience in HR/IR domain
Experience in Industrial Relations Matters
Hands on experience in dealing with Contractors Labor management for a bigger organization
Hands on experience in Liaison with various Government authorities at middle and senior level
Experience in drafting letters while replying to various compliance matters with Government
Additional Information
Competent level of knowledge in all applicable labor laws for the plant / factories
Proficient level of knowledge in Contract Labor Act
Proficient skill in networking and to Liaison with vendors, government officials and local
Competent in communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Proficient level of knowledge in regional language language - Read, Write, speak
