Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Established in 2009, in Naganathapura - Bengaluru, RBAI is primarily focused in manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector. RBAI has consistently added an average of one product every year resulting in a wide range of products comprising – Engine Control Units (ECU) for both 4W and 2W, Body Control Modules (BCM), ECUs for ABS, DC-DC Converters, iTraMS (Intelligent communication control unit) to name a few. RBAI also produces products for eMobility like MCU (Motor control Unit), C-Box (Communication Box), VCUs (Vehicle Control Unit), Central gateway modules and is geared up for other futuristic products. RBAI with its diverse portfolio, not only caters to local markets, but also exports products to all major global customers. Job Description
- Customer requirement capture
- Interaction with customer and advise on technological solutions and define the range of services with the customer
- Analysis and propose SW architecture
- Front end development-Create web based user interface for applications
- Back end development-work on server side logic
- Tester-SW development
- Testing and validation of software
- Creating and maintaining program documentation
- SW delivery and customer acceptance
- Create IT requirement specifications and explain intermediate results
- Deployment and maintenance
- Tracking project status and deciding on solutions for deviations (e.g., deadlines, costs), ensure compliance with economic targets and technical specifications
- Bug fixes(troubleshooting and debugging) and Improvements
- Linux file management
- Linux scripting and automation
- Data interpretation and Tableau dashboard design
- Interactivity and user experience capturing
- Process automation using Robotic Process Automation(RPA)
- Testers SW problem troubleshooting support
- Organizational standards-(5S, HSE, Quality systems, ESD, Standardization-Documentation) implementation
- Training and Development of new joinees and International Production Network(IPN) members and providing technical guidance to peer colleagues as needed.
Qualifications
5 to 8 Years Test Engineering experience from Electronics Manufacturing Industry .
Preferable from Automotive Electronics Industry.
BE/B.Tech – in Computers or Electronics
Additional Information
Preferred programming languages - Embedded C, C++, C#, Java, Linux/Unix(basic commands, file systems and operations, script programming)
Knowledge on additional programming languages - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, PL/SQL is a added advantage
Development Tools - Oracle Apex, Oracle SQL Developer, MySQL Workbench
