Position Summary:
We are seeking an innovative and collaborative Project Manager with client-facing experience and an interest in legal technology. As a member of the firm’s Innovation Team, this person will support legal teams and Innovation colleagues in the delivery of innovative client solutions for legal service delivery. The person selected for this position will have a leading role in the delivery of client collaboration tools to external clients, and will need to apply project management, client management, business process improvement, and innovation methodologies to provide efficient delivery of these tools. The successful candidate will be curious about legal technology product development.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assists with client demos, takes ownership of client requests, and serves as the primary point of contact for client collaboration tool communications (SharePoint online, HighQ, etc.).
• Assists attorney teams in their use of collaboration tools.
• Assists in the setup of client collaboration tools.
• Assists with project management and process improvement services to clients and external stakeholders.
• Monitors project progress and reports on project status and progress regularly.
• Documents existing processes and procedures and looks for ways to add efficiencies.
• Documents requirements, including key intake and decision criteria, and develops and implements appropriate solutions.
• Organizes and facilitates project meetings.
• Collaborates with innovation colleagues, legal teams, external clients, technology teams, and others on ways to enhance service offerings.
• Develops relationships with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies.
• Other duties as deemed appropriate by the supervisor.

Skills & Competencies:
• Demonstrated interest and understanding of emerging technologies (for example, artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive coding), and how they can be applied in the legal context.
• Capacity to learn and use a variety of matter, project, and portfolio management tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor and presentation
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly and accurately triage, deconstruct and communicate issues and potential resolutions to management and professionals of all levels.
• Willingness to suggest strategies to achieve project goals.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to prioritize responsibilities, take initiative and self-motivate/self-manage work and time.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and possess the ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities.
• Provide outstanding client service, meet high quality standards for services and meet or exceed client expectations. Proactive in seeking innovative ways in which to help others

Qualifications & Prior Experience:
• Advanced graduate degree in business administration preferred or JD desired, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to manage client interactions effectively.
• Excellent technology skills including experience with MS SharePoint required. Familiarity with Thomson Reuters HighQ platform preferred.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI preferred.

Physical Requirements:
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move from workstation or desk, throughout the work area to work independently or with a team, to meet with colleagues or supervisor and retrieve work assignments.
• This position may also be sedentary and require the employee to sit for extended periods of time
• Requires manual dexterity to dial a telephone, enter data into a computer, handle objects and operate tools
