As an Innovation Strategist, you will shape, lead, and deliver high-impact AI strategy and innovation projects. You will co-own critical projects, guide junior team members, and become a trusted partner to clients navigating AI-driven transformation.

You will be at the forefront of AI-native business model design, AI-powered growth strategy, and first-of-its-kind experimentation; translating emerging technologies into actionable, commercially relevant opportunities.

This is a role for someone who thrives on complexity, takes ownership, pushes boundaries, and turns ambiguity into clarity and impact.

• Turn insights into clear requirements, run build-test iterations with engineers/designers, and manage trade-offs (scope, feasibility, data).

• Own key workstreams and co-lead critical components of complex AI strategy projects.
• Manage priorities, timelines, and delivery excellence with full accountability for quality and client satisfaction.
• Resolve challenges independently and proactively guide the team toward impactful outcomes.

• Translate complex problems into clear logic, structured narratives, and actionable pathways.
• Build provocative concepts, prototypes, or AI workflows that demonstrate what the future could look like.

You bring hands-on experience in strategy, innovation, or AI: 5+ years is typical, but we value trajectory and impact over years. Experience may come from consultancy, product strategy, innovation, venture building, or AI-driven roles.

You’re an analytical, structured, creative thinker: You combine rigorous analysis with conceptual creativity to craft breakthrough solutions.

You lead with ownership and entrepreneurial energy: You manage high-stakes workstreams confidently, anticipate risks, and proactively shape direction - not wait for it.

You collaborate with clarity and positivity: You elevate the energy in the room, communicate crisply, and help teams perform at their best.

You’re an advanced explorer of AI tools & techniques: You’re deeply curious about emerging AI capabilities and already leverage tools beyond prompting; whether through no-code automation, data workflows, prototyping, or conceptual modeling.

You love learning and teaching: You stay ahead of industry shifts, continuously develop your expertise, and share what you know to lift others.

Strong plus: you’ve built/launched digital or AI products and worked closely with engineers (PM/tech strategy background welcome).
