JOB TITLE: Innovation Resource Coordinator
SHIFT: FTE 0.5 (40 hours bi-weekly) Part-Time - Days

Summary/Objective
Primarily serves as a liason for student programs through both Universities and local High Schools. Will work with current Cameron resources to develop and maintain student programs and ensure students have a positive experience from start to finish. Will be the primary contact of outreach for students and the partnering academic programs while working directly with teams at Cameron who support these experiences.
Essential Functions
- Serves as the primary point of contact for students, academic institutions, hospital leaders, preceptors, and internal departments regarding student placement, onboarding, scheduling, and program requirements
- Coordinates the full administrative lifecycle of student experiences, from initial placement confirmation and pre-arrival communication through onboarding, active placement, and completion of the student experience
- Prepares and distributes welcome letters, orientation material, onboarding instructions, schedules, required documentation, and other program communications to students in a timely and professional manner
- Communicates upcoming student placements to appropriate Cameron Health leaders, department managers, preceptors, Employee Health, Human Resource, IT, Security, and other applicable departments to ensure organizational readiness
- Maintains an accurate and current student placement calendar, roster and tracking system, including student names, schools, departments, preceptors, and placement dates, onboarding status, and completion status.
- Coordinates with Employee Health to ensure students complete all required health screenings, immunization documentation, testing, vaccinations clearances, and other occupational health requirements prior to beginning the placement
- Facilities completion and collection of all required student onboarding forms, institutional forms, affiliation-related documentation, confidentiality agreements, acknowledgments, and other required records
- Reviews student onboarding documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with hospital and academic intuition requirements, following up on missing or incomplete information as necessary
- Coordinates the creation, printing, and distribution, and collection or deactivation of student identification badges and access credentials in accordance with hospital policy
- Ensures students receive necessary information regarding hospital policies, confidentiality, HIPOAA, safety expectations, dress code, parking access, orientation requirements and department specific expectations
- Coordinates student orientation activities and ensures students receive appropriate organization and department onboarding prior to or at the beginning of their placement
- Workes closely with hospital leaders and preceptors to organize student placement, and availability, departmental capacity, schedules, start dates, supervision arrangement and other logistical needs.
- Proactively communicates changes, cancellations, scheduling concerns,docuemntation deficiencies or other student placement issues to the appropriate individuals and departments
- Maintains organized and confidential student records and program documentations
- Provides ongoing administration support to students and preceptors throughout their experience
- Serves as the liaison between Cameron Health and participation, colleges, universities, and high schools.
- Collects feedback from students, preceptors, and hospital leaders and communicates relevant findings to appropriate leadership to support
- Assistant and maintain affiliation agreements, program requirements, and school documentation
Qualifications
Experience
- Prior experience in healthcare, education, program coordination, human resources, or administrative support preferred. Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing documentation, communicating with students or educational institutions, and supporting the onboarding process is highly desirable. Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines are essential.
