Acting as a cross-functional catalyst, this role partners closely with senior leaders, product, engineering, marketing, operations, and other business teams to design and run experiments that de-risk decisions and unlock new growth. The Manager, Innovation leads the end-to-end innovation process—from opportunity discovery through validated concepts—and influences enterprise-level strategy by informing which ideas move forward, evolve, or sunset.
In this role you will lead analytical work streams, including business/value cases, conducting financial modeling and creating strategic frameworks to evaluate opportunities. You will design and run experiments and build reports and data visualizations to present findings. You will also support key executive-level operations, including strategy updates, cross-functional initiatives, and innovation-related strategic planning cycles.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred.
Experience with SQL and data visualization
5+ years of practical experience, including strategic operations, innovation, management consulting, retail, supply chain, or other relevant industry roles.
Demonstrated experience developing business/value cases and conducting financial forecasting.
Proven success leading cross-functional teams through influence to develop and execute new capabilities.

$88,000-$176,000All other locations:
$73,000-$147,000Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
