What you’ll achieve
As an Innovation Designer, you will:
- Assist senior designers in creating innovative solutions, translating ideas.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas
- Be excited to experiment with different approaches and take ownership of parts of the design process, from sketching concepts to prototyping
- Identify new opportunities by analyzing customer pain points and unmet needs, market trends and competitive gaps.
- Contribute to the visual aspects of the design solution, ensuring that designs are aesthetically appealing and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with design, research and engineering team to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, and market validate new experiences, ideas and innovations
Essential requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design or related filed. Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in product design and innovation with a proven track record of delivering innovative design solutions.
- Demonstrating ability to design visual stunning, functional, and innovative design solutions, backed by an impressive portfolio
- Ability to synthesize and join the dots across different projects, sources, people to get to compelling opportunities
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
