Project Coordination & Execution:
Assist the Innovation Manager in coordinating and refining innovation initiatives by supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across departments.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure successful execution.
- Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Support the development of internal processes, integrating Agile and Design Thinking methodologies to drive structured problem-solving and innovation adoption.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness and impact of innovation projects.
- Identify potential roadblocks and propose solutions to maintain project momentum.
Administrative & Logistical Support:
Provide organizational and administrative support to ensure smooth execution of innovation initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for Innovation Lab meetings, workshops, and other innovation-related initiatives, including material preparation, resource coordination, and participant management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and visual data insights to communicate project progress, insights, and outcomes to leadership.
Process Improvement & Service Design:
Assist in improving customer experience through structured process enhancements.
- Support the evaluation of internal processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements for both existing and new workflows.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Serve as a liaison between teams to facilitate communication, alignment, and engagement on innovation initiatives.
- Manage participant engagement and cross-functional involvement, ensuring diverse perspectives contribute to innovation efforts.
- Support brainstorming sessions by documenting key takeaways and gathering stakeholder feedback to inform service improvements.

Skills Required
