The Innovation Communication & Research Intern will play a crucial role in promoting our innovative and sustainable initiatives through content creation, research, and event coordination. Key responsibilities include developing and researching content, creating videos and blogs, managing social media platforms, drafting press releases, and organizing innovation events like Lyreco Pioneers Innovation Day. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for technology and sustainability, and proficiency in social media and digital tools. Enrolment in or recent graduation from a relevant degree program is required, along with excellent organizational, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
- Content Development & Research: Create content that showcases our innovative and sustainable initiatives, and our main innovation activities - such as Lyreco Pioneers
- Video & content creation: Work with the team to create videos, blogs and other types of content to support the various activities of the department
- Media & Public Relations: Work with the communication team in drafting press releases and liaising with media to highlight our company's innovative projects. Conduct research to identify key media targets and trends.
- Social Media Strategy & Analytics: Manage social media platforms (Viva & linkedIn), focusing on content that emphasizes innovation and sustainability, and analyze the effectiveness of these campaigns.
- Internal Communication & Research Support: Provide support in internal communications (newsletter, podcast etc), ensuring the dissemination of clear and researched information about our innovation goals.
- Event Coordination & Promotion: Help organize key innovation events - such as Lyreco Pioneers Innovation Day
- Research & Trend Analysis: Contribute to the team's awareness of current workplace research and innovation trends
Qualifications
- Enrolment in or a recent graduate of a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a strong research component.
- Demonstrated passion for technology, sustainability, and innovation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media and digital communication tools, along with basic research methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
- Video and graphic design - or a desire to learn these skills
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and content management systems is a plus.
The Innovation Communication & Research Intern will be instrumental in both communicating our innovative projects and conducting research to inform our strategies. The ideal candidate should be passionate about solving challenges, skilled in communication, and possess strong research capabilities. Internship will last between 4 and 12 months.
