The Role

Are you passionate about driving innovation, improving processes, and contributing to better customer and employee experiences?

We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented Innovation Associate to join ClearSource’s Innovation team. In this role, you will support the development, testing, and documentation of innovative solutions that enhance agent performance, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams under structured guidance, helping translate ideas into practical, scalable solutions.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Enhancing Client Experience

  • Assist in developing innovation-related content, documentation, and learning materials that improve agent and client performance
  • Gather requirements and feedback from internal stakeholders to refine innovation solutions
  • Observe, document, and track progress of innovation initiatives during team meetings
  • Support pilot programs by helping with testing, feedback collection, and documenting results

Supporting Operational Efficiency

  • Organize, maintain, and update documentation for innovation tools, processes, and pilot programs
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies, platforms, and tools to inform innovation decisions
  • Assist in preparing training materials, guides, and reference documents for new or updated solutions
  • Continuously build knowledge of contact center technologies, AI tools, and process improvement concepts

Developing Staff and Collaboration

  • Support a culture of collaboration by working closely with the Innovation Development Lead and other teams
  • Actively participate in mentorship, learning opportunities, and skills development initiatives
  • Complete assigned tasks accurately, on time, and with high attention to detail

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related fields (preferred)
  • 0–2 years of experience in process improvement, innovation, or project support roles (entry-level considered)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to document processes clearly
  • Curiosity about technology, innovation, and process optimization in a BPO or service environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow structured guidance
