Job Description:
Essential Job Functions / responsibilities:
Create an AI/Gen AI strategy that drives enhanced productivity and efficiency for existing and new custom application management clients. Research current and new technologies to initiate/develop and/or to revise improve existing custom application management assets/solutions.
Creates the strategic plan, vision, and roadmap to develop and infuse AI/Gen AI based innovations and automation specifically for custom application management clients.
Defines and launches new AI/Gen AI infused assets/products and refresh/improve existing offering assets to take advantage of new Gen AI capability. Collaborates and works closely with automation specialists on the development of new/enhancement of existing automation assets. Builds plan that drives automation adoption.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders – offering leaders and other senior leadership to ensure seamless integration of AI-powered solutions and automation strategies.
Directs the research and identify opportunities for AI / Gen AI and automation uses cases for custom application managed services.
Develop and deploy AI models, machine learning algorithms, and automation tools to improve productivity, efficiency, and user experience. Monitor and optimize AI and automation solutions to ensure that productivity benefits are realized.
Stay up to date on the latest trends in AI / Gen AI, automation and drive continuous innovation.
Engage on new/ existing opportunities to deliver next generation AI/Gen AI solutions and automation to clients.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master's degree in computer science, Data science, Information systems, or related field preferred
Bachelor’s / Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have experience in AI, Gen AI, machine learning, and automation with a System Integrator. Deep understanding of how these technologies can be leveraged to improve productivity and efficiency in Customs Applications Management
Must have experience in leveraging Gen AI platforms and building Gen AI infused assets.
Fifteen or more years of experience with technical product design, configuration, integration, and/or delivering Custom & COTS applications – application support, development, modernization and testing to customers.
Ten or more years in a supervisory or management capacity
Experience with the product development life cycle at all levels of complexity
Experience working with client enterprise products, services, and strategies, technical products, vendors, families of technologies and product configurations.
Experience working with technology architecture, mainframes, scheduling software and other related technologies.
Experience working with business environment, business industry and competitor products and services.
Other Qualifications
Strong skills in developing, deploying, and supporting product and/or integrated suite of products.
Strong communication skills to interface with various levels of internal and external customers including executive levels.
Strong strategic management and planning skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Strong organization skills to balance and prioritize work.
Strong presentation skills to present ideas and solutions to individuals or groups at all internal and external customer levels
Ability to translate understanding of client business and needs into product and services to grow the business / win new logos.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and/or situations, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and to switch between tasks quickly.
Ability to anticipate problems, handle and resolve ambiguity and take decisive action with regard to the impact on both the client and the company.
Ability to present ideas, goals, problems, outcomes, and processes to be understood by a diverse audience.
Travel Requirements: 30-40%
Work Environment: Office / Virtual. May require evening or weekend work.
