What you'll be doing:

Purpose of role: Providing reliable and innovative solutions for the inline portfolio in the EMEA region by implementing technical changes, maintaining tools and resolving packaging issues.
This is a fix term contract with the possibility of extension

Key responsibilities:

  • Implementing technical changes to existing products driven by regulatory requirements, marketing initiatives, reformulations, and manufacturing efficiency improvements.
  • Creating, maintaining, and approving specifications, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and other technical documentation.
  • Developing, testing, and validating new packaging shippers to meet quality, performance, and cost objectives.
  • Coordinating production trials and providing technical support to manufacturing teams.
  • Investigating packaging and quality issues, leading corrective actions, and implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Managing and supporting inline mold development and maintenance activities to ensure business continuity.
  • Driving continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives across the inline product portfolio.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with agreed quality, compliance, and cost expectations.
What we're looking for
  • 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, product development, packaging, or a related technical environment.
  • Experience in packaging development and packaging-related processes.
  • Understanding of technical, commercial, and financial considerations within a product lifecycle environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify practical and effective solutions.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
  • A degree or qualification in Engineering, Packaging Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field would be advantageous.
