The Impact You'll Have This position provides leadership, strategic direction, and program management for key enterprise initiatives and transformation projects to ensure expected progress and achieve desired outcomes. The individual in this role will directly engage with key senior leaders and stakeholders, ensuring coordination and integration with product teams and initiatives, while ensuring collaboration, coordination, and timely issue resolution. What You'll Do
- Leads cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives by coordinating requirements, design, implementation, and execution activities to ensure alignment with strategic business priorities and successful delivery of outcomes.
- Partners with business, product, and stakeholder teams to drive decision-making, manage dependencies, communicate progress, and ensure solutions, processes, and capabilities meet organizational needs.
- Uses data-driven insights to develop program strategies, manage plans, timelines, budgets, and change control processes, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, remove roadblocks, and deliver value across multiple initiatives.
- Drive the coordination of development and documentation for design, requirements/user stories and implementation across 1-2 divisions that align with strategic priorities.
- Develop relationships and partner with key resources, both internal and external, to collaborate on the implementation plan and dependencies to ensure all considerations are factored into the initiative.
- Partner in the business/product team decision making process to ensure capabilities, systems and processes meet expectations and potential issues/solutions are vetted and explored.
- Manage related ongoing program management work to understand what is needed to recommend strategy and solutions, while influencing and steering others to accomplish that strategy across initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Utilizes data to prioritize initiatives that create the most value
- Develop and update program plans, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating multiple sub-processes to expand and/or improve programs across initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management – Communicates updates and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Coordinates and delivers cross enterprise initiatives in a product led organization, while ensuring quality and timeliness criteria are met to achieve initiative objectives
- Ensures strategic initiatives adhere to a standard change control process and budget tracking
- Cross-Functional Coordination – Work across teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and remove roadblocks, enabling faster execution.
- Performs additional responsibilities consistent with the scope and level of the role, as assigned.
- 3+ years of related project/program management professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.
- Ability to tailor communication to varied audiences, actively listen to uncover requirements, and ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
- Ability to analyze information, identify patterns and root causes, and collaborate with partners to implement practical solutions.
- Ability to effectively organize work, balance competing priorities, and manage time across multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
- Healthcare or managed care experience.
- Experience managing complex projects which may involve multiple team members, task assignment, working with internal or external clients, managing teams and customer relationships, and managing project deliverables.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Process improvement (Lean / Six Sigma) experience.
- Familiarity with PM tools & Microsoft analytics tools.

Compensation and Benefits $90,800.00 - $120,300.00 - $149,800.00 AnnualPay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
