The Senior Process Engineer reports directly to the Lean Manager. They are responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and standardizing manufacturing processes to ensure the highest levels of safety, quality, productivity, and cost. They lead continuous improvement, automation, process transfer, and capability analysis projects, using Lean Manufacturing methodologies and statistical tools to guarantee operational excellence and the achievement of the organization's strategic objectives.
 

ABOUT THE JOB
  • Lead, develop, and implement automation projects in manufacturing processes, including scope definition, technical justification, coordination with suppliers/integrators, validation, startup, and results monitoring.

  • Lead root cause analysis using tools such as 8D, DMAIC, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa diagrams to address customer complaints and resolve chronic and recurring problems.

  • Develop, update, and maintain technical process documentation: PFMEA, Control Plans, Flowcharts, work instructions, parameters, and operating standards.

  • Analyze OEE, cycle times, scrap, capacity, efficiency, and productivity to identify improvement opportunities and establish data-driven action plans.

  • Design, validate, and implement processes for new products, engineering changes, and line transfers, ensuring safety, quality, capacity, and compliance with customer requirements.

ABOUT YOU
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business Administration preferred.

  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Green Belt, or equivalent certification (preferred).

  • Effective communication, complexity management, time management, and quality decision-making skills.

  • PFMEA and Control Plan.

  • Conversational English proficiency.

Skills Required
