Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years experience in the automotive industry with responsibilities related to product quality and functional testing.
- Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related with professional title and cédula.
- Basic knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Basic knowledge of rotating systems, differentials, axles and bearings.
- Knowledge of LPA (Layered Process Audits) and Error/Mistake Proofing (Poka-Yoke).
- Basic SAP skills.
- Familiarity with Core Tools (APQP/PPAP/MSA/SPC/FMEA) and quality standards and customer-specific requirements.
- Office skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of PFMEA and control plan development.
- Conversational and written English.
- Statistical analysis and strong data interpretation skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions, solve complex problems, perform root cause analysis, and strong analytical thinking.
- Proficiency using software tools for analysis and testing (unspecified).
