Estamos actualmente seleccionando un INGENIERO INDUSTRIAL (H/M) para incorporar a nuestra fábrica de Leganés, Madrid.

Posición a cubrir dentro de la Fábrica de Otis en Madrid en el área de Ingeniería Industrial.

Role & General responsabilities

  • Industrialización:

    • Definición e implantación de procesos de trabajo.

      • Definición y selección de maquinaria y/o utillajes.

      • Puesta en marcha de maquinaria y/o utillajes.

      • Formación de empleados/operarios en los procesos definidos.

      • Maquinaria existente:

        • Punzonadoras/Corte láser.

        • Plegadoras

        • Montajes.

        • Robots /Cobots.

        • Cámaras de visión.

    • Análisis de riesgos/beneficios para los nuevos proyectos.

  • Control de procesos:

    • Alcanzar los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, entrega y productividad.

    • Asegurar que los datos de los KPI son fiables.

    • Supervisión del cumplimiento del proceso productivo.

    • Buscar e implantar nuevos sistemas de control de procesos.

  • Mejora de procesos:

    • Revisión y optimización de proceso de trabajo.

    • Crear y liderar proyectos de ahorro de industrialización.

    • Estandarización de los proyectos liderados.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills

  • Formación Universitaria en Ingeniería (industrial, electrónica, robótica o similar)

  • Experiencia en áreas industriales se valorará de forma positiva.

  • Valorable trabajos previos en automatizaciones o aplicaciones robóticas.

  • Inglés. Nivel C1

  • Habilidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo. 

  • Capacidad comunicativa para interactuar con distintos departamentos o clientes

  • Proactividad para buscar y proponer alternativas a los escenarios actuales.

  • Pensamiento analítico

    Skills Required

    • University degree in Engineering (industrial, electronic, robotic or similar)
    • Experience in industrial areas will be positively valued
