Conocimientos:
•Conocimientos en metodologías de gestión (APQP, Lean Manufacturing, Core tools, ISO/TS, AMEF, Control Plan).
•Administración de tiempo, recursos, desarrollo y coordinación de planes para implementación de proyectos (timing).
•Uso de herramientas de planeación y documentación (MS Project, Excel avanzado
•Nivel de comprensión suficiente para coordinar especialistas técnicos. (PLC, Robótica, Neumática, Hidráulica, Diseño eléctrico, entre otras)
Experiencia:
•Mínimo 3 años en gestión y coordinación de proyectos de automatización en entornos industriales (líneas de ensamble, maquinado y/o integraciones).
Habilidades:
·Liderazgo y gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios
·Planeación estratégica y administración de proyectos.
·Comunicación efectiva y negociación.
·Organización y manejo de tiempos.
·Trabajo bajo objetivos definidos
·Pensamiento analítico enfocado en la resolución de problemas.
Requisitos:
•Experiencia en gestión y coordinación de proyectos de automatización industrial (líneas de ensamble, maquinado y/o integraciones).
•Manejo de indicadores, presupuestos y documentación técnica-administrativa.
•Conocimientos técnicos básicos para supervisión de entregables. [PLC, Robótica, Neumática, Hidráulica, entre otras]
•Mínimo 2 años de antigüedad en la empresa.
•Ingles B2.
•Kardex sin incidencias.
Escolaridad:
Ingeniería en Mecatrónica, Automatización, Electrónica, Sistemas, Control y Automatización o afín con título y cédula profesional.

Skills Required
- Minimum 3 years managing and coordinating industrial automation projects (assembly lines, machining, integrations).
- Minimum 2 years tenure at the company.
- Degree (Ingenieria) in Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics, Systems, Control and Automation or related with title and cedula profesional.
- English level B2.
- Kardex without incidents (clean record).
- Experience handling indicators, budgets, and technical-administrative documentation.
- Basic technical knowledge to supervise deliverables: PLC, Robotics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electrical Design.
