- New product/ process introduction:
- Equipment and process definition, machine acquisition support, installation and validation on production environment.
- Develop procedures and instructions for processes within his/her responsibility.
- Technicians training, Theoretical and practical.
- Corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance procedures definition.
- Production support:
- Tracks KPI’s to identify areas of improvement and monitor upgrades.
- Solves problems related to manufacturing processes.
- Languages:
- English: Advanced
- German: Preferred.
EDUCATION:
- Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree, Eng. Mechatronic, Electronic, Systems, or similar)
SKILLS:
- Experience (3-5 years) as a testing engineer
- Good knowledge in electronics (Analog/Digital).
- Software programming knowledge (C, C++, VB or Delphi)
- Analysis skills
- Self-directed
- Teamwork
- Problem solving techniques
- Electronic manufacturing Test Equipment knowledge (Flash programming , Functional test , leakage, DMC scanners, vision systems, multimeter , curve tracer)
- Automotive industry standards (IATF, APQP, PPAP, MSA).
- Electronic manufacturing industry standards.
- Problem solving techniques.
- Industry 4.0 , IoT knowledge.
- IT components, Data security partner and connectivity knowledge (Role for IT-Planner)
