Actividades
Liderar y dar seguimiento a los proyectos de mejora asignados.
Implementar procedimientos, formularios, etc, relacionados al desarrollo de los métodos de aplicación de las herramientas lean manufacturing.
* Crear cursos y entrenar a los equipos de los distintos departamentos asignados a los proyectos.
Garantizar eficiente uso de los recursos de la empresa.
* Sistematizar la recolección de datos en piso de producción.
Desarrollar sistemas de evaluación de datos y acciones preventivas.
* Asegurarse de que los proyectos de mejora cumplan con los estándares de seguridad de la planta
* Alta de nuevos números de parte en SAP (alta de materiales, billete de materiales, rate routings, packing bom y packing ins)
* Documentación de instructivo de empaque
* Seguimiento con proveedores
* Capacitación a las líneas con los cambios desarrollados
* Participar activamente en team buildings
