Responsibilities:Equipment optimization and maintenance: Safely relocate, install, maintain, and repair production equipment to improve layouts, ensure proper operation, and meet production needs.
Preventive maintenance and downtime reduction: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks and accurately log work orders and time to minimize downtime.
Comprehensive technical troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic failures, as well as facility infrastructure issues, especially during equipment breakdowns.
Safety and compliance: Carry out all activities in strict accordance with safety protocols and local, site, and regional regulations.
Teamwork and continuous improvement: Collaborate with team members to solve problems, propose innovative solutions, and proactively address issues identified during other tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree / Engineering degree or an advanced degree, or equivalent years of experience that compensate for the qualification.
- Relevant years of professional experience in the automotive industry.
- Relevant certifications, systems experience, and technical training.
- Professional proficiency in English is desirable.
- Effective communication and collaboration: Communicates clearly and proactively while collaborating with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
