Tendrás la oportunidad de participar en la resolución de incidentes, implementación de mejoras y coordinación con distintos equipos para asegurar la calidad y estabilidad de los servicios entregados.

Principales responsabilidades
- Participar en la operación y soporte de plataformas tecnológicas.
- Gestionar incidentes y requerimientos asociados a los servicios.
- Ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento y mejora continua.
- Participar en implementaciones y cambios tecnológicos.
- Generar y mantener documentación técnica.
- Coordinar actividades con equipos internos y clientes.
- Contribuir a la estabilidad y continuidad operacional de los servicios.
Requisitos Excluyentes
- Formación profesional o técnica en áreas de Tecnología, Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Redes o carreras afines.
- Contar con al menos 4 años de experiencia en roles vinculados al soporte, administración u operación de infraestructura y plataformas tecnológicas.
- Experiencia en la gestión y resolución de incidentes, así como en la administración de entornos tecnológicos corporativos.
- Conocimientos de infraestructura, conectividad, redes y servicios tecnológicos.
- Experiencia práctica o conocimientos en soluciones de seguridad Palo Alto Networks.
- Capacidad analítica, orientación a la resolución de problemas y foco en la atención de clientes internos o externos.
Requisitos Deseables
- Certificaciones en tecnologías de infraestructura, redes o ciberseguridad.
- Certificación vigente o experiencia comprobable en tecnologías Palo Alto Networks.
- Conocimientos de herramientas de monitoreo, automatización y gestión de plataformas tecnológicas.
- Experiencia en ambientes corporativos o de servicios tecnológicos.
- Inglés intermedio.

Skills Required
- Professional or technical education in technology, computer science, telecommunications, networking, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience supporting, administering, or operating infrastructure and technology platforms
- Experience managing and resolving incidents and administering corporate technology environments
- Knowledge of infrastructure, connectivity, networks, and technology services
