Job Responsibilities:

Ingeniero de Costeo Automotriz

Responsable de desarrollar y administrar modelos de costos para productos automotrices, evaluar impactos financieros derivados de cambios de ingeniería. Buscamos profesionales con experiencia en costeo automotriz, elaboración de RFQs, análisis de BOM y soporte comercial para clientes OEM y Tier 1.

Responsabilidades
  • Desarrollar modelos de costeo para nuevos negocios, programas de producción y cambios de ingeniería.

  • Analizar estructuras de costos considerando materiales, procesos de manufactura, tooling, logística e inversiones de capital.

  • Elaborar y soportar cotizaciones (RFQs) para clientes OEM y Tier 1.

  • Evaluar impactos económicos derivados de cambios en BOM, procesos o especificaciones de producto.

  • Preparar análisis de variaciones y Price Walks para negociaciones comerciales.

  • Administrar Contract Reviews y documentación relacionada con cambios comerciales.

  • Dar seguimiento a ATPs, Tooling Recovery y recuperación de inversiones.

  • Gestionar actualizaciones de precio y documentación comercial dentro de SAP.

  • Mantener comunicación constante con clientes como STLA, Ford, GM y otros OEMs para atender requerimientos comerciales y de costeo.

Requisitos
  • Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Manufactura, Automotriz o carrera afín.

  • Indispensable Inglés de negocios (B2 comprobable).

  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en costeo dentro de la industria automotriz.

  • Experiencia desarrollando RFQs y modelos de costeo para clientes OEM o Tier 1.

  • Conocimiento sólido de: BOM (Bill of Materials), Cambios de ingeniería, Procesos de manufactura, Tooling, CAPEX, Costos logísticos

  • Manejo de SAP.

  • Excel avanzado (modelado de costos y análisis de datos).
