Rejoignez Xylem et contribuez à développer des technologies essentielles pour le traitement de l’eau à l’échelle internationale.💡 Votre mission:En tant qu' Ingénieur Applications et Support Commercial – Traitement H/F, vous serez le/la référent(e) technique pour les solutions de mélange (Mixers) et accompagnerez nos équipes commerciales dans toutes les phases clés : sélection produits, conception système, offres techniques & commerciales, analyse d’appels d’offres et support lors des négociations.Vous jouerez un rôle déterminant dans la croissance du business en optimisant nos solutions et en garantissant la meilleure réponse aux besoins de nos clients.🎯 Vos responsabilités:
- Apporter une expertise pointue en ingénierie d’application (sélection produit, design système).
- Préparer des propositions techniques et commerciales à forte valeur ajoutée.
- Analyser les dossiers d’appels d’offres et définir la configuration technique optimale.
- Assurer l’interface avec les Product Managers et les Opérations.
- Accompagner les équipes commerciales dans le suivi des projets et des prévisions.
- Former nos équipes et partenaires sur les applications Mixers.
- Participer à des tests, analyses concurrentielles, conférences et salons professionnels.
- Maîtrise courante du français et de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
- La maîtrise de l’espagnol est un plus apprécié.
- Formation technique Bac+3 à Bac+5 : génie des procédés, mécanique, génie de l’eau, hydraulique ou équivalent.
- Expérience confirmée dans un rôle similaire : ingénierie d’applications, support technique ou support commercial en environnement industriel.
- Connaissances solides en traitement de l’eau, municipal ou industriel.
- Familiarité avec les technologies de mélange (mixers, agitateurs…).
- Capacité à analyser un besoin client et à proposer une solution adaptée.
- Connaissance du dimensionnement et de la sélection d’équipements techniques.
- Aisance avec les outils informatiques et logiciels techniques.
- Excellentes compétences de communication.
- Esprit d’équipe et collaboration transversale.
- Sens du service client, rigueur et fiabilité.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets simultanément.
- Autonomie, proactivité et adaptabilité.

- Provide advanced application engineering support (product selection, system design) for mixer/treatment applications.
- Prepare strong technical and commercial proposals in close collaboration with Sales.
- Analyze tender documents and define optimal product configurations.
- Act as the technical interface between Sales, Product Management, and Operations.
- Support project follow‑up, forecasting, and KPI monitoring.
- Deliver training to Sales teams, partners, and customers.
- Participate in troubleshooting, competitive analysis, lab/site testing, and industry events.
- Full professional proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Spanish is a strong advantage.
- Technical degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in process engineering, mechanical engineering, water engineering, hydraulics or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar position: applications engineering, technical support or sales support in an industrial context.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes.
- Experience with mixing technologies (mixers, agitators, aeration/mixing systems) is highly desirable.
- Ability to assess customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Good understanding of equipment sizing and selection.
- Comfortable with office tools and technical software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong team player, collaborative approach.
- Customer‑focused, detail‑oriented and reliable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
