Citibank, N.A. seeks an Infrastructure Tech Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.
Duties: Develop, monitor and modify IBM Datapower, API Connect, and Google API Gateway Enterprise Edition (Apigee) products. Use scripting languages Gateway script, XSLT, Java and Shell script to configure coding logic, debug issues and create monitoring alerts. Perform installations, configurations, upgrades, and patch validations of IBM Datapower and API Connect products. Deploy and configure infrastructure according to Citi build standards. Define system enhancements to deploy new products and process enhancements. Recommend product customization for system integration. Install, configure, and upgrade Apigee components. Collaborate with engineering, cloud hosting, public cloud and other ecosystem partners to build and maintain a stable, performant and scalable Apigee platform. Provide direction for firm mandated controls and compliance initiatives and create a technology domain roadmap. Ensure that integration of functions meets business goals. Troubleshoot issues through all phases of the platform lifecycle. Certify reusable security patterns and best practices for IBM DataPower Gateway. Build internal pre-production environments, perform patch, and upgrade and validate functionality before deployed onto PROD instances. Create custom code at gateway level to handle the enterprise security policies features and additional business requirements. Perform Root Cause Analysis for complex issues that involve multiple applications, tech stack, and provide feasible solutions. Create performance monitoring dashboards and set up alerts for critical server level failures on Splunk and App Dynamics. Participate in technical discussions with IBM and Google and work with them for bug fixes in the product. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering (any), Computer Science or related field and 3 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as an Apigee Architect, Datapower Architect, Platform Support Engineer, Service Reliability Engineer, Lead Consultant, Applications System Engineer, Application Developer or related position involving support of Apigee and Datapower platforms. 3 years of experience must include: IBM Datapower and IBM API Connect; Gateway Script, XSLT, Java, shell script; Splunk and AppDynamics monitoring tools; Cassandra and Postgres databases; SOAPUI and Postman testing tools; Linux and Unix operating systems; and Project Management.
