Broadridge is hiring! We’re seeking a Director or Project Management to join our dynamic team! You will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of multiple concurrent technology infrastructure projects. Your expertise will guide cross-functional collaboration with Business, Product Management, Infrastructure, Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Senior Management teams to deliver impactful solutions that align with Broadridge and departmental strategic goals.

We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.   This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely a few days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update project plans, resolving project and resource issues, facilitating solutions across department boundaries, supervising and presenting progress of multiple concurrent projects and driving a sense of urgency and dedication across all projects.

  • Collaborate with multiple groups and subject matter experts across Business and Product Management teams

  • Work closely and seamlessly with multiple departments including Infrastructure, Software Engineering, Business, Quality Assurance, and Senior Management. You will have outstanding communication, leadership, and management skills, in addition to having sophisticated Project Management skills.

  • Lead the successful completion of assigned projects (technology infrastructure in nature) through constructive facilitation, tracking and reporting of status through consistent, standardized dashboards and metric reporting in support of Broadridge and department specific strategic goals and objectives.

  • Review all projects assessing risk to timeline, budget, and customer happiness as well as assessing and handling impact of changes to project scope.

  • Identify bottlenecks, risks and opportunities with assessments, analyses and recommendations on progress of projects, and serve as the issue point for senior management related to project specific issues.

  • Tracking the progress of multiple concurrent projects, and driving a sense of urgency and dedication across all project collaborators.

  • Designs and implements robust data collection processes and ensures data quality.

  • Exhibits mastery in data wrangling techniques and automating data processing workflows.

  • Demonstrates advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning, time series analysis, and clustering.

  • Designs visually appealing and insightful dashboards and reports.

  • Synthesizes complex analysis resulting into actionable insights and communicates findings persuasively.

  • Transforms static presentations into interactive thus invoking collaborative discussions.

  • Produce and distribute standard dashboards and presentations to executives (CTOs, ELT, Board of Directors, Audits) on Incidents, Problem management tasks, Change Management issues and Resiliency metrics.

  • Ensure ITSM data is reported consistently across Broadridge, including defining terms, rules for usage and reviewing other team’s reports for consistency.

  • Develop Data Quality checks, perform data analysis and identify gaps for future improvements.

  • Consolidation data and reporting from multiple data sources

  • Contribute to the documentation of processes on an ongoing basis.

  • Investigate possible data issues using SQL queries

  • Participate in custom and specialized reporting for various services.

  • Participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses as necessary.

  • Participate in monthly and annual corporate/external audits.

  • Assist with automation of technical operation tasks.

  • Create and maintain data models, data mapping, technical documentation, including design documents and code documentation.

  • Other duties as required by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • You'll have a minimum of 5+ years of project management experience; leading sophisticated projects or multiple projects combined into a program with proven success

  • Experience managing large strategic technical infrastructure implementations

  • You'll be proficient in MS-project, MS-Excel and Power Point

  • Consistent track record for delivering results

  • PMP or equivalent certification

  • Scrum master certification preferred but not required

  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

  • Good interpersonal skills and experience interacting with clients/users at all levels, singly and in groups.

  • Able to work on multiple tasks at any one time while maintaining high quality standards

  • Microsoft Office, SQL, MS PowerBI, BMC Helix, Jira

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $165,000 - $175,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
