About the role
The Platform Operations Team plays a critical role in maintaining and advancing CFC’s core technology infrastructure. In this role, you will work across a broad range of enterprise technologies to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our platforms. Key areas of responsibility include:
- Network architecture and operations across LAN, WAN, and Wi‑Fi environments
- Provisioning and supporting hybrid infrastructure (on‑premises, cloud, and mixed environments)
- Server and storage management
- Administration of virtualization and containerization platforms
- Operating system patching and lifecycle management
- Managing backup and restore services
- Supporting disaster recovery and business continuity planning (BCP)
- Delivering secure remote access and VPN services
This role is central to ensuring our systems remain secure, resilient, and scalable as CFC continues to grow.

- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Solid background in network technologies
- Proficiency with change management frameworks and best practices
- Excellent technical documentation skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a proactive mindset
- Experience with NetApp storage solutions
- Experience with Cato Networks secure SD‑WAN and cloud‑based network security
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks
