Infrastructure Middleware Engineering Lead (Linux, Ab Initio, Tomcat, Monitoring) - Vice President - C13 - PUNE

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineering Lead Analyst to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions. This role requires strong analytical and leadership skills to manage complex infrastructure initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure stability, scalability, and security across environments. You will be a key contributor to the modernization, automation, and support of our infrastructure landscape.
Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure design, engineering, and deployment for on-prem, cloud, or hybrid environments.

• Analyze existing infrastructure and recommend strategic improvements for performance, scalability, and resilience.

• Drive implementation of infrastructure as code (IaC), automation, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline operations.

• Partner with application engineering, DevOps, security, and operations teams to align infrastructure solutions with enterprise goals.

• Oversee technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of critical system issues.

• Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and governance standards across all infrastructure components.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and analysts on best practices and emerging technologies.

• Manage vendor relationships, capacity planning, and infrastructure lifecycle activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or cloud architecture.

  • Proven experience leading complex infrastructure projects and delivering solutions at scale.

  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), virtualization, networking, storage, and compute.

  • Hands-on experience with tools like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

  • Deep understanding of system architecture, high availability, and disaster recovery planning.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ab Initio ETL Admin: Server builds, WebApp deployments and setups (Control Center, Metadata Hub, QueryIT, ExpressIT)

• Middleware Apps: Deploy & setup Apps using Tomcat or WebSphere
• Monitoring tools: Good experience setting up AppDynamics for Application and Server monitoring
• WebApps: Experience setting up Single Sign-On (SSO), Load Balancers (WLB), SSL Certificate management
• File Transfer Protocols: Proficiency in setting up SFTP connections and NDM configurations
• Password vault tools: CyberArk setups and FID onboarding
• Other tools: Linux Admin, Shell scripting, Servicenow, CVMP Vulnerability fixes

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
