The Infrastructure Analyst 2 is an intermediate level role responsible for assisting with LAN / WAN and help desk administration activities, including network maintenance, technical guidance, and security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team. The overall objective is to use infrastructure technology knowledge and identified policies to process data, resolve issues and execute administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve problems through evaluative judgment, troubleshooting and analysis
- Ensure successful completion of data loads and batch processing
- Participate in testing activities, including the creation and execution of basic test scripts
- Participate in control activities (risk, self-assessment, COB, audit, etc.) and make recommendations for enhancements
- Evaluate issues using existing procedures or similar/related experiences; recommend and implement solutions
- Exchange ideas and information in a concise and clear manner
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Specific Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote support for the desktop/server/voice/video/network infrastructure of Citibank Cote d'Ivoire ensuring timely resolution of all issues related to the named infrastructure.
- Coordinate routine preventive maintenance on desktop/server/voice/video/network infrastructure of Citibank Cote d'Ivoire.
- Support business applications being used by Citibank Cote d'Ivoire. This covers business-as-usual support and system enhancements/new developments.
- Participate in the implementation of technology projects and other non-routine infrastructure-related activities for Citibank Cote d'Ivoire.
- Keep local documentation pertaining to technology platforms and processes being supported for Citibank Cote d'Ivoire up-to-date.
- Assist and educate the user community in Citibank Cote d'Ivoire on the optimal usage and application of technology for business purposes.
- Deputize for the Technology Head of Citibank Cote d'Ivoire when required.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in a Technology role
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
- Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
Required/recommended certifications
- ITIL Foundation v4
- Cisco CCNA
