Responsibilities

  • Implements Azure Infrastructure AI solutions and provides technical leadership across workstreams, ensuring delivery aligns with the approved architecture, security and compliance requirements, Responsible AI principles, and Industry Solutions delivery practices. Manages escalations, assesses cost and operational impacts, and coordinates Microsoft and customer resources to resolve issues.

  • Builds trusted relationships with executive customer, partner, and stakeholder audiences; identifies drivers of satisfaction and dissatisfaction; performs root-cause analysis; and establishes recovery actions. Partners with account teams to deliver a One Microsoft experience and shares lessons learned with the consultant community.

  • Promotes the reuse and continuous improvement of Microsoft intellectual property by adopting or adapting existing assets, creating repeatable Azure AI delivery content where needed, identifying gaps, and submitting assets for harvesting and curation. Provides actionable feedback to portfolio and solution teams to improve Industry Solutions offerings.

  • Identifies opportunities to expand or accelerate the adoption and consumption of Microsoft Azure, including cloud infrastructure, data, AI, and agentic solutions. Enables teams to articulate value propositions, develop new domain offerings, drive responsible innovation and digital transformation, and maximize the use of proven intellectual property.

  • Uses GitHub Copilot to accelerate the authoring, review, testing, documentation, and optimization of application code and Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, scripts, and CI/CD workflows, while applying human review, secure development practices, and customer governance requirements.

  • Maintains current expertise in Azure infrastructure, Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI Search, data and analytics, security, DevOps, and agent-development technologies based on customer demand and industry trends. Earns relevant certifications, contributes to technical communities, delivers training, mentors team members, and acts as a trusted technical advisor.

  • Completes operational, readiness, and compliance activities accurately and on time. Adheres to Microsoft policies and procedures—including authorization, business conduct, labor logging, expenses, and travel—and leads by example in guiding team members on operational excellence.
