About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Infrastructure Administrator to join our dynamic IT Infrastructure team at our Phoenix office. You will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the infrastructure and operational integrity of Windcave's servers, networks and software worldwide. Your efforts will ensure 24/7/365 uptime for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer Microsoft Windows Client and Server OS, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP services.
  • Oversee virtualisation technologies, network switches, wireless access points, and server hardware.
  • Administer data backups and Office 365 (Teams, Autopilot, Azure AD, SharePoint, Exchange).
  • Develop and implement automation and scripting solutions, particularly using Powershell.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
  • Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Linux OS, EDR, antivirus management.
  • Knowledge of database management, webservers, load balancers, and SIP telephony.
  • Familiarity with network security protocols and practices.
