The Technology Change Management Lead Analyst is responsible for applying Citi’s Change Management standards and procedures consistently across the enterprise - providing guidance, support and reporting to partners and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership and direction on the Global Process and Standards
- Chairing Change Advisory Board meetings (CABs)
- Maintaining a Forward Schedule of Change for clients
- Managing and prioritizing change conflicts in terms of change scheduling
- Managing sensitive change freezes in-line with Citi business priorities
- Communicating process changes and updates to the businesses
- Carrying out Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) of changes
- Identifying and defining standard changes
- On-going review of risk management strategies with respect to Change Management
- Demonstrable continual process and service improvement
- Acts as SME to Senior Stakeholders and /or other team members.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in roles centered around Change Mgmt and/or Service Management
- Ability to work with virtual / in-person teams, and work under pressure / to deadlines
- Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience.

- Bachelor’s/University degree preferred.

$125,760.00 - $188,640.00
