The Role

The Sr. InfoSec Governance Analyst will support the information security governance program, including the maintenance of technology and InfoSec official documents, IT controls and the InfoSec Awareness Program. Maintain the technology and InfoSec official documents such as programs, policies, standards and procedures, including alignment with the IT controls library, ensure the timely delivery of metrics. 


Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the maintenance of the Technical and Information Security Official documents review process, via the company official document process.
  • Maintain the IT control library, including IT control reviews, assessments and alignment with technical and information security official Documents.
  • Produce metrics regarding official documents and maintain the IT/IS official document tracker to ensure accurate and timely updates to support compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate the InfoSec awareness training campaigns, maintain existing training and develop new training, incorporating changes to the cybersecurity environment ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and provide recommendations.
  • Administer InfoSec SharePoint sites maintain contents and access ensure enterprise-wide availability of internal communications and material.
  • Cross train and support the InfoSec GRMC team and support projects to ensure alignment within the organizational goals and objectives.

Education:
  • Associate Degree - Information Security or Related field - Minimum
  Years of Experience:
  • 5 years - Governance, Risk Management, Compliance within a financial institution - Minimum
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and laws including FFIEC, NCUA, SOX, GLBA, and Privacy and familiarity with ISO 27001/27002 or NIST
  In Lieu of Education:
  • 7 years - Governance, Risk Management, Compliance within a financial institution

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$87,100‏‏‎ ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$123,000 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge. 

Additional Compensation: Annual performance bonus
