Leads technical support staff in daily operations. May also lead Telecommunications staff.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Main technical IS contact for the entity. Main contact for all Executive Level support.
- Develops and maintains any procedures and documentation required to support IT systems the Executive Leadership Team.
- Communicates outstanding issues and status updates and escalates issues when necessary.
- May be present for System Level meetings, ensuring rooms are ready for use.
- May need a full understanding of Executive Board room and point of contact for escalations.
- May need awareness of System Leadership devices, ensuring back up minor equipment is available for deployment when needed.
- May assist with video conferencing and other collaboration platforms to help facilitate meetings, webinars and townhall for the Executive Leadership Team.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education
EXPERIENCE
- Five years' experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
- Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
- Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
- Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
- Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
