What you'll do:

As an IT Manager, you will take part in IT transformation journey, building the work scope and establishing priorities for the Andean Region through E2E solutions. If you have good communication skills, are up to date with the latest technologies and have a people first approach, , this is your chance! In detail, you will:

- Develop and manage the main IT governance processes to ensure IT and business are correctly aligned;

- Build a technological business execution plan, focused on consumer journey and omnichannel oriented;

- Ensure the maintenance of IT critical services to the Andean countries (Colombia, Ecuador and Peru), collaborating with Sales and regional, corporate IT teams;

- Act as the link between business and Latin America's IT crew, supporting the development, maintenance and application of strategies, standards and procedures for technological resources at the designated cluster;

- Identify new business opportunities and ways of working to operate and guide the business with more efficient project scope and portfolio, enhancing overall support and service levels with a faster response rate.

As part of our continuous improvement culture, you will take part in Lean Thinking (EMS / C2W) projects and activities.

Who you are:

You have:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar areas;

- IT management experience;

- Experienced in managing projects, costs and technology resources;

- Knowledge in system design and development;

- Advanced English.

Where you’ll be:

You will be based at the Bogotá Commercial Office. Located in Usaquén, it is one of the centers of Electrolux’s Sales and Marketing operations in the Andean region, and the workplace of teams focused on delivering outstanding consumer experiences.
